HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
After you find the products you want, click the button “add to cart”, you can check it anytime by click the shopping cart, after you finish the shopping, you can select your country and city, and after, select your payment, everything is on the way.
I JUST FOUND PRODUCT IS DEFECTED
If your order is defect or damaged when you received from us, you can return them for a free replace within 7 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
At first, send us an e-mail with return code (on the top of slip but under Solidayz logo) and tell us which one need to replace (a Picture would be much easier). After we receive your e-mail, we will reply you as soon as possible. At last, please remember to follow the direction.
Make sure the product is in its original packing (For Example: shoebox, plastic bag), and place it in a shipping box (must be sealed and safety). Be sure if the shipping box has an old label on it, just peel them off.
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach us, when we receive it and after inspected (as usual within 72 hours) your replace will be processed.
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER
When an order has shipped out, an e-mail will be sent with the tracking number. Just click on these two links to the Speed Post Hong Kong or SF-express, depending on who shipped your package.
Speed Post Hong Kong: on the left of the website, you will find a Track and Trace box, so you can enter your tracking number, show you the trace.
SF-express: in the middle of the website, you will find a Track and Trace box, just enter your tracking number, show you the trace.
WHEN WILL THE ORDER BE DISPATCHED
As usual, after we receive the order, our colleague will start to pack and ship it out, and the maximum dispatch time within 24 hours.
HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE BEFORE RECEIVING MY ORDER
For local delivery, order should arrive on next day, and the international standard shipping, order should arrive within 4-6 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to non-major city or remote districts.
I JUST PLACED A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO
If you just finish the order, please contact us immediately and we will change your shipping address, if after more than hours, then probably our colleague have already finished the shipment, in any case, please contact us first so that we can help.
WHAT IF THE ORDER JUST MISSING OR DISAPPEAR
Be calm, remember the tracking number has been sent to you by e-mail? We can use it to find where is your order, and those cooperate partner are very reliable, they do their job to make customer satisfy, just like us.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX WITH ANY ITEMS
In Hong Kong, we don’t need to pay sales tax, but depend on the city and the country that you live, the custom may charge taxes. We strongly suggest you check the relative law.
CAN THE PRODUCT REFUND?
We don’t do refund for any product or goods.
